The other day I opened an email in my inbox from a WordPress membership plugin company and clicked on the link in the email to read the rest of a blog post that was written by the company’s partner.
The partner so happens to be the wife of the other owner. They are a husband and wife team who have been developing WordPress plugins, themes for over a decade now.
Anyway, I read the blog post and started visiting different areas of the website and noticed a familiar writing style. The writing style was similar to the blog posts I had just read.
What I noticed was that in many most parts of the website was written in the same style as the Wife partner.
This is unique because most web developers do not write content that well. Then it hit me: “These guys are sharing the load”.
By sharing the load of running their business, each participating entity within the company has specific roles that help take the company to a different level.
Through a Woman’s eyes is a key ingredient element in this scenario because the fact is that, on average, women are more organized than men are. They tend to be more attention to detail.
Again… this contribution to the company adds another layer of scale, which will continue to help the company grow.
This example really puts ‘s perspective on having a team in your corner to take the reigns of the things you can’t do, don’t want to do, or don’t have the time to do.
Delegating stuff to your team is the only way I know of that will get you the results that you desire.
Now, let me ask you this: Do you have a website team in play that you can delegate the things to don’t know how, don’t want to know how, or don’t have time to?
